The "Sale of My House," a project guided by Team Armand @ EXP Realty, was a Class Act from the very first meeting at my home to the Final Performance when the Buyers' check was delivered to the specified destination.

Moving my belongings from a large home into a much smaller abode presented an enormous undertaking, the size of which I, the Seller, had not anticipated. Michelle, who was appointed to be My Personal Realtor, had a sense of when I was overwrought by the packing process and she was always there to give sound advice, good service, and a big bite of confidence. She spent many unexpected hours helping me to prepare the house for the upcoming sale. Back in The Office, the unseen Others on the Team kept the data on pricing, publicity, timing, dates, schedules, and especially the unexpected "what-nots" in perspective so that I was always kept aware of what to expect next. "Kept me informed--had a very good "team" of associates who kept me informed about needed forms, etc. I think Armand did a very good initial good of assessing what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell--and provided info regarding firms who might do the needed repairs. We had a few "gliches" in our sales attempt and Armand and team handled this well!"

I appreciated that prior to selling I met with his whole team who gave me a 'punch list' to complete which assured my home was in tip-top shape prior to placing it on the market.
